CSM Storage and Filing Solutions is an Australian owned company that has been manufacturing high quality steel office and commercial storage systems for over 35 years.

CSM continues to develop sensible design practice for environmental sustainability including a zero waste and non-toxic chemical policy at the CSM plant and all products are designed to be 100 percent recycled.

CSM endeavour to use environmentally sensitive materials in all areas of production as highlighted by the introduction of a polypropylene flooring product in our self based rolling storage unit.

GECA (Good Environmental Choice Australia)

In acknowledgement of CSM complying with the Voluntary Environmental Declaration Standard for Furniture and Fittings, GECA has awarded CSM with the Good Environmental Choice Label. This is an international best practice environmental declaration ensuring that CSM products (throughout their entire life cycle) deliver better environmental outcomes. The verification program is managed via a Documented Quality Management System and Certification Program based on the comprehensive use of the ISO 14 000 series. This sets CSM ahead of its competitors, and means it is now established as an innovator in environmental standards.

Most CSM products have been awarded the GECA Label including Storage Cabinets, Mobile and Systems Shelving, Mobile Pedestals and Storage Wall.

CSM is now endorsed by Ecospecifier as a manufacturer of eco-preferable products. Ecospecifier operates throughout Australasia and the Middle East as a verification body, providing independent assessment of innovative sustainable product solutions.

Ecospecifier's aim is to help building professionals including architects, designers, builders and specifiers, as well as keen homeowners, to shortcut the eco and healthy materials sourcing process.
