Rack & File was founded in 1987 and since then has predominantly concentrated on application and design of active and secondary (off-site) filing and storage systems.

In more recent times, the realisation of the increasing need for a company to bridge the gap between Storage and Records Management has led to the addition of a specialised Information Management Division being established within Rack & File.

Since inception, Rack & File has grown to take a unique leadership stance within the industry in providing professional analysis and logical solutions in the supply of active and passive commercial filing and storage systems designed to deliver optimum performance through sensible, user-friendly operating features.

Our business has expanded generally through reputation and has been rewarded with financial stability and excellent relationships with our clients, suppliers and associations such as RMAA (Records Management Assoc of Australia) and FMA (Facility Management Association).

Rack & File Commercial Pty. Ltd. has, over the years, established long term product partnerships with Dexion, Brownbuilt, Planex and Codafile Australia ensuring we have a comprehensive, quality product range to accommodate our individual expert recommendations.

With this focus in mind, we continue to strive for excellence by providing expert solutions, no matter the size or complexity, to suit each individual challenge and consequently ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
